5F Money OS is a subscription-based digital software platform designed to help users organize and structure their financial life using the proprietary 5F framework: Find, Fix, Fortify, Fuel, and Freedom.
After a successful payment and account activation, the service is delivered digitally through the user workspace. No physical delivery or shipping is involved.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless a different written arrangement applies.
Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) before checkout. Payments are processed securely by Omise or another configured payment provider.
Payments are non-refundable once charged, including partially used subscription periods, except where required by applicable law or where 5F Money OS confirms a duplicate or erroneous charge.
If a payment is pending, failed, duplicated, or unclear, contact support with your account email, selected plan, payment date, amount, and payment reference so the transaction can be reviewed.
The platform provides financial organization and structure tools only. 5F Money OS does not provide regulated financial advice, investment services, lending, brokerage, tax advice, legal advice, or fund management.
Customers may schedule cancellation from the billing section of their profile at any time.
Subscription access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
